Purolator Return Services

Now, Purolator makes it faster and more convenient for you to conduct business with your customers by introducing our new and improved Return Services.

Our Outbound Return Service allows you to generate a return shipping label while creating an outbound shipment on Purolator E-Ship™ Online or Purolator E-Ship™ Server, which can be included in the original shipment or sent separately to your customers.

Not creating an outbound shipment? That’s not a problem with our redesigned Returns Management service. Using Purolator E-Ship Server you can quickly and easily print a return shipping label to send to your customer or you can generate an electronic label and e-mail it to them.

Once received, your customer simply applies the label to their return package and either contacts Purolator to pick it up, or they can drop it off at one of our convenient shipping locations.
