Shawn Klerer is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Purolator. Mr. Klerer is also a member of the Board of Purolator USA.

Mr. Klerer joined Purolator in 2008 as Vice President, Finance and assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2009.

Mr. Klerer has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, finance, marketing, operations management, sales management and leadership development, having held various executive level positions at a global financial services organization. 

Prior to joining Purolator, Mr. Klerer enjoyed a successful 18-year career with American Express in a number of Senior Executive positions, including Vice President and General Manager of American Express’ Business Travel division in Canada, leading the company’s partnership with Aeroplan and serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Amex Bank of Canada for seven years.

Mr. Klerer is an accomplished business leader having led large-scale businesses to transformational market leading positions.
