It’s important to know how we’re performing as a business and, it’s just as important to know how we’re performing as an employer. That’s why we regularly ask our employees to share their thoughts on what it’s like to work at Purolator. We ask them about the good things, as well as the areas that could use some improvement, and then, together, we build action plans to address these areas.

In addition to company-wide employee surveys each quarter, our executive team encourages feedback through regular employee meetings and an Ask the Executives section on our corporate intranet.
