We enjoy showing our appreciation for a job well done. In addition to the informal ways of saying thank you (e.g. birthday lunches, gift certificates, staff barbecues), some of our top achievers are recognized through formal programs, which include the following:   

• Circle of Excellence: This award recognizes management and professional-level employees who demonstrate exceptional leadership and behaviours that exemplify the company’s corporate values. Winners receive an all-expenses paid trip for two and celebratory dinner with the senior executive team.  

• President’s Club: This annual awards program recognizes individuals within the sales organization who have exemplified outstanding sales achievement.

• Terminal excellence awards: These awards are given to terminals that achieve high performance standards. Each winning terminal receives a plaque and all individuals from winning terminals receive a monetary award in recognition of their accomplishment.
